‘Holiday Spectacular’

Iconic high-street brand JCPenney were looking to Meta to reinvent themselves and drive deeper connections with customers over the Holidays. Research showed their core female audience were likely once Backstreet Boys fans… and with the band making a Holiday comeback the JCPenney Holiday Spectacular was born. Broadcast from FB LIVE the ‘boys’ became fun contestants in the family quiz show format.

The event drove +75% YoY increase in revenue, platform brand engagement was up 385% and they even raised $150K for Feeding America charity off the back of the event too.
